"Very close to the Misano Racing Track, the area is also nice. But the floor of the property was pretty dirty and it smelled like smoke inside. Apart from that the insulation is basically nonexistent so it got really cold during the night (except when you keep the radiator running 24/7).

"This hotel is a great find, it's well priced, great location and it is IMMACULATE, fresh towels everyday, bed made and room cleaned everyday. "Great location right off the main drag through town and only 2 blocks walk to the beach. The staff was super friendly, from check-in to answering all questions and assisting with calling a taxi. There are many activities near by. The room was very clean, the bed was fairly comfortable. Breakfast was included and was buffet style, full American and European breakfast. It was the best I had in Italy. The rooftop pool and spa was a big bonus. Overall a great hotel for the price."
