We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. It was at first difficult to locate the lobby but we found it was inside a mall on the 2nd floor. Our check in and check out was seamless. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, they had a lot of different options.

We loved this hotel. Right next to the station initially its new and staff were professional and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. We got the side of Mt. Fuji. Due to the weather, we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji but if we could it would be excellent. We would use this hotel again.

rooms were super clean, great view of mt fuji. breakfast was great and organised.located just outside jr nishima station, but not accessible easily from the shinkasen station. no connection or short cut but to do a 15min walk to the hotel. this would give the hotel better accessibility for guest coming in by shinkansen

I loved the Mt. Fuji accents in the room, especially the toilet paper. The staff were welcoming, the property was nicely maintained, the breakfast was nice with both Japanese and western options, and the indoor/outdoor baths and changing area were all clean and in good condition. The only thing about this property that I did not enjoy was the noise of trains from Mishima station. I expected the sounds to subside after the last train, but on this stretch of the line there are also trains transporting cargo that keep running past those hours. That was the only negative part of my stay. Aside from this, everything was wonderful.
