The hotel itself is undermaintained: without any signs, no elevator, but plenty of stairs, some broken and malfunctioning gear. For instance. There was no towel rack or hooks anywhere. And no toilet paper holder. It’s like they updated but forgot those things. There was no table or desk which was no fun.
