Villa La Pigna is located in the western side of Sicily near Trapani, which is 10 km away and halfway between the nature reserve of the salt pans and the Stagnone lagoon.

It is a very good base for visiting so many interesting places such as Erice, Trapani, Marsala, the Egadi islands, the Zingaro nature reserve and the archaeological sites of Segesta, Mozia (or Mothia antique town founded by the Phoenicians, situated on an islet) and Selinunte.

The nearest sandy beach is 3 km away, while at 5 km there is a rocky beach.

Villa La Pigna is immersed in a 1.000 m2 garden and the build is 120 m2 with 200 m2 of panoramic terraces.

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and it can host up to 5 people.

Externally it is painted white, while inside it is characterized by ceilings with wooden beams.

On the ground floor there is the wellness room with sauna, whirlpool tub, multi-sensory shower and bathroom.

On the first floor we find a dining/living room with corner kitchen, equipped with TV, couch and armchairs and the 3 bedrooms.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, a twin-bedded room and a further room with French bed. The twin-bedded room and the room with French bed share 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside we find the garden with equipped lounges, the swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of between 1,20 and 2,40 meters and is provided with sun beds and umbrellas and finally the sun terrace.

Villa La Pigna offers all mod cons, such as air conditioning, internet Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday in this beautiful part Sicily.

The province of Trapani extends in the westernmost part of Sicily.

There are numerous protected areas such as the Zingaro Nature Reserve, or the Saline Nature Reserve where there are landscapes of particular charm, consisting of the white salt pans among which ancient windmills emerge.
Moreover, the province of Trapani is particularly known for the important vestiges of civilizations more than millenary: from the archaeological area of ​​Segesta, located inland, to the coastal colonies of Selinunte and Erice, up to that of the island of Mothia.
Finally, the city of Trapani, with its characteristic historical center that contains beautiful monuments of different eras.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 7 nights; changeover day flexible except from 15 June to 30 Aug. (only on Saturday).
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 30 (subject to arrangement).
A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity, air-conditioning/heating, final cleaning, bed linens for 1 week, midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, midweek reset of the bedrooms and bathrooms.
Tourist tax: If applicable by the municipality.
Pool and Jacuzzi open from 23 March to 30 November.
Pets not allowed.
