"Very close to the bus station. This made traveling from one city to the next easier to arrange. There is a small shared kitchen to use. Few supermarkets are very close. The walk to the old town is a reasonable distance for us but may not be suitable for everyone. "Attentive and caring host who showed us to our beautiful room, simply furnished but stylish with spacious bathroom. It also featured an oversized balcony with beautiful views out to the water. The area is under going development and appears to be an evolving trendy area for the future. Fresh breakfast spread was yummy too. "

"The hotel is really amazing, very nice staff, impressive facilities and a really nice breakfast. The only down point is the location 40min walking to zadar centre and with almost no shoppings or restaurants around. Uber cost 5 euros to the town centre, very affordable even for the ones who prefer not hiring a car. It was a quite good experience, would be returning for sure. Strongly recommend the stay in Liburnum Hotel."

"I arrived early and was able to check it right away which was really appreciated. There are quite a few restaurants within a 2 minute walk, the waterfront is also a 1 minute walk, the old part of the city is another short walk. I would definitely stay there again."

"The apartment is newly re-furbished to a really high standard and very modern. The host I dealt with (Inga) was extremely helpful both regarding the apartment and the local area (bars and restaurants). If we were to re-visit Zadar we would certainly book again."

"The property itself was great although the hot water took a long time to come through. The owner was addressing this as we left. The room itself was fabulous, large well furnished and had a large balcony overlooking the pool. If you don’t have a car it is quite a distance from the town centre but there is always a taxi or Uber. There was a good pasta/ pizza restaurant nearby."

"We called them many times since, at 6.30pm, none sent us instructions. After many calls and messages, they replaied… In my personal opinion, you have better options in town, and much more cheaper. The room is like a US Motel, door is at the floor street, people walking on the street can see you, and its like they are on the room. Very weird… Too expensive for that kind of “room”"

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...
