"The price and location are excellent. Right by the Convention Center, the River Trail and many shops and restaurants. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Price cannot be beaten. However, could use a deep cleaning, There were stains on the towels, the floors were a little sticky and the insides of drawers needed cleaning. Peppermint deodorizer was powerful."

"When you walk in it looks very nice ,but once you are in the room at least my room smelled very musty and Dusty. The curtain was ripped in our room, as an x head housekeeper they should really look at all of this a lot better."

"I informed the staff after check in that our room was 75 and not cooling off. It was 80 degrees when we got back from dinner. I asked to please be moved and was given a room without the ability to turn the air conditioner off. Probably around 60 degrees when we woke up, which was better than hot! But pretty uncomfortable and we won’t return. Staff was nice, rooms (both of them!) were clean. "
