"This is my go to hotel as I stay in the city on average 2 times. The staff is very responsive and all issues were always resolved professionally"

"breakfast was 6//10 for me but coffee was very good Room service made sure there was plenty of soap etc. Hotel well located for my needs but the bigger positive it aspect it was quiet, no noise at night, could not ear any plane, traffic noise even guest in surrounding room. I will go back if price stays in the same range. or other guess "

"2nd time staying here...will be the last time. Felt very dirty. Stains on the walls, fake eye lashes found in the shower by the soap, possibly leaves or grape vine in the bath tub. Another thing we noticed as cleanliness is topic of discussion, after our first night my partner and I started breaking out with pimples which we never had issues with. Also the two times we booked, we purchased the most expensive room...you would think paying more for the room that it would at the minimum be clean. "

"Needs to be completely renovated. No water on site. Elevator was not working. Very dirty rooms. Nothing like the advertisement. Smells musty. Lots of water damage to doors and furniture. No housekeeping. Sinks were plugged. Have to take out garbage yourself . Nothing good about it. Would not recommend"

"I checked in the first day the pool had a notice stating it was closed for the day. Three days later the notice was still up and I was still unable to use the pool. I did book mainly for the purpose to be able to use the pool. I had booked well in advance and the room had no face clothes and only two towels. When I asked for face clothes, not only did it take two days for them to get me face clothes, but they also only brought one. I wasn't very happy with the service. And the AC unit could not be controlled from the panel and our room was freezing so I had to unplug the entire system. And the desk chair in the room was broken and I almost fell out of it upon sitting in it. Overall I would give like 2 stars. The facility was fairly clean but the service and maintenance was not great."
