"We decided to stop here instead of Memphis. Very few people here. Most staff was nonchalant and uninterested, to the point of being rude. Food was really good. Won nothing, but the games for getting a card and the app gave us enough money to pay for breakfast and one dinner meal. So that was good. The movie prop stuff was cool. Disappointed the pool was closed. It was the reason I picked Hollywood. "

"This hotel needs to be updated. The air wasn’t working on our floor in the hallway. My family member got locked out of her room due to the door being jammed. Our television wasn’t working in our room. There was a friendly worker when we checked in who went above and beyond, but I believe she was the only worker there. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and I won’t be staying again. "
