I love staying here! And this time I got one of their newly renovated and updated rooms and it’s beautiful! Very modern without being sterile. Welcoming and comfortable. I love the area because there is everything- shops, restaurants, salons.All of it within walking distance. And free parking!

Every time I visit The Holiday Inn Express in downtown Missoula the quality seems to be on the decline. The rooms are dated, dingy, dark, and dirty. This time, between the constant whining of the cheap in room refrigerator and the very loud squealing caused by the air conditioner, we were barely able to rest. We had to unplug both devices. These devices always make some residual noise, but these ones were not normal.

For having to wait for our room to be clean the bathroom was gross. And paying that high of a rate per night you would assume they had at least free coffee brewed in the morning for guests, but only for purchase.
