Welcome to this modern townhome, carefully crafted for both comfort and style. With beautiful views on every level and contemporary finishes throughout, the home is situated on a quiet riverfront street in the heart of Missoula.
Third Floor The primary suite features a king-sized bed, a 50-inch Roku TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows with scenic views of Bess Reed Park and the Clark Fork River. A spacious walk-in closet leads to the ensuite bathroom, which includes double sinks and a walk-in glass and tile shower. A dedicated desk and chair are located just outside the bedroom, providing a convenient workspace.
Also on this level is the second bedroom, furnished with a bunk bed featuring a queen bed on the bottom and a full bed on top. A full bathroom and a stackable washer and dryer are located nearby for added convenience.
Main Floor The main living area offers comfortable lounge seating with sweeping views of Bess Reed Park, the Clark Fork River, and Mount Sentinel. A 55-inch Roku TV and an electric wall-mounted fireplace provide both entertainment and ambiance.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a hooded gas stove, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island ideal for meal preparation and casual dining. A BBQ grill is available on the balcony for outdoor cooking.
Street Level The third bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, a 40-inch Roku TV, and northern-facing views. A private bathroom is located just outside the bedroom.
Garage Note: The garage cannot accommodate larger SUVs or trucks.
Guest access Guest will have access to the whole triplex aside from a locked storage area in the garage.

We loved our stay. The property was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds, and well stocked with necessities, even laundry detergent and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom. Joshua was quick to respond with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property! Great location too! We walked to the Griz game and restaurants close by.
We absolutely loved staying here! This was by far my favorite rental I’ve ever been in. It was not only gorgeous and centrally located, but the property managers were so attentive and helpful. It’s three bedrooms with three FULL baths, which is so hard to find. And it’s located in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. When we come back to Missoula, we hope to stay here again. It was absolutely lovely.
We had an incredible time. Everything about the property was great. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, close proximity to downtown, the University, everything you need.

We stayed here as a family and were completely delighted by the proximity to downtown as well as the quality of the property. Parking is scarce, but once we found a spot, we didn't really move our cars throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay again!
Very nice place to stay near the river and downtown Missoula. Walkable to everything downtown Missoula has to offer. Would definitely stay here again. Only concern was the garage was very tight for our large SUV rental, so we had to park it curbside which worked out.
We had a great stay. The location cannot be beat, close to the river, the bike path, shops and restaurants. The decor was beautiful and the home was clean, well-stocked and furnished. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay by one night. We definitely hope to be back in the future.
Our family has traveled to Missoula for vacation many times, and this property is our favorite. It is within walking distance to everything downtown and the university. It is on a quiet street with little road noise despite being downtown. The views of the M are beautiful from the balcony. We loved our stay and will return!

We loved everything about this vacation rental. From start to finish the process was a breeze. Clean and spacious! The beds were so cozy and having a third bathroom was fantastic while getting our family ready in the morning. The location was perfect within walking distance to coffee, parks, and food! We didn’t want to leave! It will definitely be our home away from home while visiting Missoula in the future!
One of the best short term stay properties I have been fortunate to stay at. Beautiful balcony for people watching and sipping wine and a lovely view of river and park, very quiet, 5 min walk to downtown. Garage parking easy and available. Brand new kitchen and updated design.... Soft close drawers and gorgeous lighting .. I plan to model my new kitchen after this one. We cooked great meals in this well appointed kitchen... Very grateful for the keurig and the coffee maker and the coffee grinder! Lovely touch with the indoor "fire" place.. Comfortable couch, bed. Three story townhouse would be large enough for at least three couples but absolutely cozy enough for me and my spouse.I liked the three closets in the MBR... Every thing I needed was there.. Iron, blow dryer, hair spray, dual zone heat and AC, tons of hangers, laundry soap... I felt quite at home and it is obvious that the owners and managers take pride in details and customer service... I was very happy during our four night stay for a wedding and I would love to return!
Beds are comfortable, the area is quiet and having a parking garage space is a huge plus. Also, the ability to walk to multiple downtown restaurants and walk along the river is better than any other rental we’ve stayed at. Would definitely come back!
