"The staff was very helpful in answering any questions i had. This was very important since there isnt a local front desk. Although room service wasnt provided during my stay, which i was told about in advance, i did see someone cleaning rooms. All and all i would recommend."

The receptionist changed my room but the new room was still quite hot No air con Above a very very loud bar. Couldn’t sleep until 1am. No wifi and the breakfast is below average. "This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us. We paid to have breakfast every morning. It was quite a small breakfast: coffee, white bread, croissants, cakes, juice and yogurt, but it got us started well. The service was excellent! We were...
