The check in process is a bit odd where we were greeted by staff at the front reception to fill out information and then use the machine to get our card keys and room number. Amenity bar has everything you need. "

"Bed was a little hard, however everything else was great. Very close to Ghibli Park and Toyota Auto museum. Had English speaking staff. Had tower parking with car size restrictions, but offered us a parking space directly outside the hotel for ¥1000 per night."
