Ive never had to turn on the water heater so that was new, maybe printed instructions should be left for guests. Also, the wash/dry took longer than anticipated and even after a couple of hours, my clothes did not dry completely. "

Husband had to sleep in other hotel. Mentioned it had 1 bedroom and other bed in the kitchen area and futon. No futon or bedroom. No elevator and on 5th floor. Very narrow stairwell and very dirty.
