Can't even name all the convenient features, like the little essential oil on the night stand for better sleep, the complimentary "Zirben" Water, the integrated radio in the bathroom, the list goes on. "Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...

"The stay was very enjoyable. The views and surroundings are beautiful. Food and service in the restaurant was excellent. We also enjoyed the spa and only comment we have is that we wished the jacuzzi water should be warmer. In addition, we were surprised that at the 4 star hotel there was no bottled water available in the room."
