"Es war alles wie im Inserat angegeben, sehr sauber schöne Zimmer, eine große Terasse mit Tisch Stühlen und Liegen, dies hat uns sehr gefallen. Auch die Küche war brauchbar und gut ausgestattet, es fehlte uns nichts. Allerdings kann ich anderen Bewertungen zustimmen, dass die Sitzmöbel in der Wohnküche (Essecke und Sofa/halbes Bett) sehr ungemütlich sind und bei längeren Aufenthalten man sich doch sehr schnell ein bequemes Sofa etc. wünscht. "Apartment was clean and convenient to town. Parking was tight as is the case in much of Mittenwald. Location requires a walk up a fairly steep hill making it difficult for people with limited mobility. The biggest thing to be aware of is that this facility caters to German speaking people. None of the instructions are in English, Spanish, Italian or another language. So, the property works best for German speakers. Also, there is very limited contact with the owners. Das große Badezimmer mit zwei Duschen und die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche haben uns besonders gut gefallen.Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und bei Fragen gut zu erreichen. "I had a great time at Weisses Kreuz. The staff was wonderful, friendly and efficient. They provide excellent recommendations for restaurants (loved Piano Bar) and were helpful with directions. The only problem, if you have car you should call ahead to get directions to the garage. Cars are not allowed in the old city center. "

"We loved our large loft room and the central location of the hotel. We would definitely stay again. Being an older building, the soundproofing is really bad, having to lock the door with a physical key from the inside when returning and the outside when leaving was a hassle, and the shower water pressure could be improved. But having said that, the spaciousness of the room we had, the view, and the service were great. The beds were also very comfortable."

"We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening."
