Cozy mini-loft at Isar and Karwendel

At the young Isar not far from the center of Mittenwald is this small cozy mini-loft for two. It was renovated in 2018.

This cozy mini-loft is located at the young river Isar not far from the town center of Mittenwald. It is perfectly suited for two and be renovated in 2018.


The apartment:

The apartment is located on the second floor under a sloping roof in an old winding house.
The bright mini-loft includes a 180cm double bed, a dining area, a kitchenette and a balcony. The private bathroom is located right next to the loft and is accessible via the corridor. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is u. a. equipped with induction hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, glasses, pots and towels.
From the private south-east balcony has a magnificent view of the neighboring Isar and the Karwendelgebirge.
The car can be parked in a (public) street bay directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked roofed.

The holiday flat is located in the third floor under a sloping roof in a charming old house.
The light mini-loft is equipped with a 180cm bed, a dining area, a pantry and a balcony.
The private bathroom is located next door to the loft and accessible via the hallway. We provide bedclothes and towels.
The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, dishes, cups, pots and towels.
From the private south-east orientated balcony you have a great view onto the nearby Isar river and mount Karwendel.
The car can be parked in a public bay directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be parked in a carport.

Please ask us before booking in case you need a cot and children chairs. We are pleased to provide these, but they have limited availability.
Washing machine and iron are available on request.
Should something ever be missing, you are welcome to contact us at any time. We live and work in the house and are always happy to talk to the guests.
We speak English and Chinese.

Please note:

Please note that the mini-loft is located directly on the Isar. Depending on the season and weather, you can hear a quiet to powerful river noise. While some perceive the sounds as calming, others feel disturbed.

We have a very good relationship with our neighbors, so we want to ask you for consideration and calm. Celebrations and celebrations are therefore not allowed.

Attention tax!
Please note that the local tourist tax is not included in the price and must be collected on arrival. The amount of the tourist tax is calculated depending on the number of people, age and season. You will receive the guest card, which offers you different services.

Please note that the mini-loft is located next to the Isar river. Depending on the season and weather you can hear more or less sounds from the river. Some people are finding it sounding quiet.

We have a very good relationship with our neighbors, so we kindly ask our guests to be considerate and quiet. Therefore parties and celebrations are not allowed.

Visitors Tax!
Please note that the local visitor's tax is not included in the room rate. The tax is based on the number and age of guests and depend on the travel season. You want to receive the Visitors Card which include several services.
