Der Balkon lag zum Schwimmbad raus, aber es war trotzdem nicht zu laut. Da es draußen sehr warm war, war es in der Wohnung auch ziemlich warm. Es gab leider keine äußere Verdunklung. Stock und ist über Treppen zu erreichen. Durch einen Link konnte die Wohnungstür sehr einfach geöffnet werden, das Verschließen war ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig.
