"It was a great apartment but the downside is that there is no insect blinds on the windows which resulted in tonnes of flies coming in. We have been killing flies all night long 😑 Apart from that it is very clean and spacious with a big shared garden. "

"The place was quite clean and nice, and they allowed us an early check in. Our lodge was nice and spacious, and comfortable to stay in. Sauna was pretty nice too, only really busy on one of the evenings we were there, but overall had the necessities. Close to the town centre, and there’s a free shuttle bus to take you to the ski area too. Only thing is they could improve the breakfast a bit - on one of the mornings the fruit we were given didn’t seem very fresh (the apples were very soft etc),...

Nespresso Maschine mit 10 Startkapseln und sogar 4 Sacher Törtchen als Begrüßungsgeschenk haben uns sehr gefreut. Ein SPAR ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, hier kann man sich gut versorgen. "Vera is a great host, nothing is too hard for them and they even answered my Whatsapp messages on Sunday (their rest day). I'm so thankful to have found this place. The property has very strong vinegary smell in the kitchen/living area, so strong that we tried to avoid the kitchen as much as we can. The property is so hot, we turned off all the radiators and still very hot overnight, not sure where the heat is coming from but we were there in Feb, minus 10 degree C overnight and we were hot....

"Jedes Jahr fahren wir zu einem Freundestrip. Leider war es diesmal viel zu kurz, denn das Apartment ist in allem phantastisch! Ausstattung perfekt und die Vielzahl an Annehmlichkeiten wie Fitness, Restaurant und SPA waren TOP! Freies Parken im Hotel, tolle Frühstück war im Preis beinhaltet und das extrem zuvorkommende Personal verdient eine besondere Erwähnung. Wir empfehlen den Aufenthlat in diesem Haus jedem sehr!"

"The Romerhof hotel is actuelly a wing of the Tenerhof hotel, only rooms/restaurant located 50 meter apart from the main hotel facilities, but... the hotel was very very nice, starting from the welcoming, on to the perfect service from all the stuff (especially the shuttel driver (with the glasses) which was so friendly and helpful. The breakfest was very tasty and almost perfect, more vegtables are needed. the breakfest serivce was perfect. The spa is well equipped and maintained with elegance...

"Was fine overall but it could be better if they take care of few things such as the number of staff at the reception, most of the time only one staff, also room doors luck was removed . The laundry room is available only the time the reception staff are available, 8 to 8. One key point also, the place have no AC and if you close the windows it will be very worm however if you open the windows some insects will be going inside the rooms."

"This is a fantastic home for a large family gathering. we went to ski and the house is super close to several options. it is also close and convenient to shops and fun. all the luxury of kitzbuhl with the calm of mittersill. we would return every year if we could."
