繁華街から遠く離れているので静かすぎるぐらい。 このホテルの売りだった温泉施設が使用不可とのことであったが沖縄に行って暑い中、温泉に入ろうとも思わなかったので施設のコンディションでも星５としました。入れれば入ったかもしれないですが。

ホテル全体的には最高でした。部屋も広いしアメニティもスタッフサービスも言う事なし！ただ、施設内と近隣に飲食店もコンビニも徒歩圏内にはないのでそれが難点でした。温泉と隣の飲食店が再業すれば満点かも？

レンタカーも借りてゴルフ、ビーチ、飲食と最高

宿泊施設と同じ経営者がレンタカーも展開しているようでこちらの要望をかなえてくれました。朝食も時間を聞いてくれ対応してくれました。最終日、チェックアウト後、ビーチへ行き、帰りの飛行機まで時間があり、戻って来てシャワーを使わせて頂きました。感謝です。スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしかったです。隣の温泉施設が、温泉の濃度が濃すぎて保健所の許可が出なくて使用できないようでそこだけが残念です。コスパ最高です。

場所的にはレジャーより、ビジネスの立地であるが、近くに有名な宮古そばの店があったり、幹線道路沿いだったり、違う見方をすれば便利である。また、とても静かな場所なので、一人旅にはとても良かった。また、スタッフの対応も他所のビジネスホテルと比べててもかなり対応、接客、印象の良いホテルである。車、バイクで移動する方、海近にこだわらない方には最適です。ファミマが近くにあります

この度はお世話になりました。 とても静かに過ごすことができました。 温泉施設がすぐ隣にあり、露天風呂付きで気持ちよかったです。 お部屋は清潔でアメニティも揃っています。 清掃をお願いしなかったら、お茶お菓子セットが付いていました。タオルと寝衣は、ドアノブにかけられておりとても親切な心が伝わりました。 コロナの影響で、周囲の飲食店は休業が多かったです。 ホテルが工事中でしたが、音に関しても施設利用に関しても影響はありませんでした。

宿泊施設は何の問題も無いのですが、温泉の終わる時間が早すぎる！何年かぶりに会った親戚との楽しい時間も、温泉に入りたいが為に早く切り上げなければいけなかったです。宮古で23時か24時までの営業は無理なのかなー。

宮古島では普通の接客スタイルですが、本州から来た人たちからみたらいい加減に見えるかもしれません。ちなみに温泉は隣の施設で入浴が可能で、定休日は宿泊客も入れませんので、気を付けてください。これも宮古島スタイルと笑える人におすすめのホテルです。

The Wi-Fi was excellent, never lost it and always a strong signal. The breakfast was Japanese style but had eggs, rolls, and fruit for those who might want some American food. The rooms are big we had a tatami room too. Couple of issues, the bathroom is very small, almost claustrophobic in a sense, specially when using the toilet for sitting. The beds are very firm, we slept okay but some folks might not be able to deal with a firm mattress. All in all, for a night or two, I have no problem with staying here, more than two nights wouldn’t cut it. And it would help if you spoke Japanese, pretty much no one speaks English it appears the hotel caters to Japanese people who might want to use the Onsen or hot baths.
