"Located at the hilltop, the ryokan gave us serenity and calmness. I particularly loved the big terrace on the 1/F where we could see the city lights. Staff, Manager in particular, were extremely helpful. Dinner and breakfast were nice. "

コールセンターみたいなところで、本部とのやりとりが必要で、延泊対応も連携取れておらず、延泊をお願いする、14日前には新たにネットから取り直す必要があるとのことで、取り直したところ、その際にも部屋は変わらずそのまま宿泊できると説明を受けましたが、部屋割りも変わってました。"
