"Our room was not ready for people upon checking in. Large, visible CLUMBS of dust through out the room and light fixtures. The tatami mats in room were messed up due to other inconsiderate travelers. There was visible damage on the ralls and "sofa". There were also visable "stains" on door inside the toliet room. The Breakfast buffet was always cold, even when it had been open for 30 mins. The food was subpar. The management was quick to remedy our situation, however I would not recommend staying here."

"No good shopping nearby. Towels and toilet were smelly. Staff did not seem happy to help. We thought staying next to Nijo station would be convenient, but this wasn’t worth it considering the nearly 30 noisy ambulances that went by during our two day stay. Breakfast was ok. "
