I came to this trip as a solo traveler and I had a good experience here. The room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay. The staff were so kind and helpful. The surrounding area is full of shops and restaurants, you will never run out of options since all of them are so close by.

I loved my stay here! The room was very clean and the layout was really unique to the places I've stayed at - very spacious for 3 people! The complimentary breakfast was surprising because there was a lot of variety and options, so it was a nice surprise to end my stay with. The location was great too. It's located near a lot of shops and food, so there's plenty of things within walkable distance. The only complaint I had was parking was a bit confusing since it was located at the Don Quijote.

Disappointing.

Stayed for one night and was glad it's just one night. I felt that I stayed in better hotels with the same pricing. My biggest issue with the hotel is the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom especially wasn't spotless. Also the carpets in the room looked really worn out with stains and water marks all around.

The English ability of the hotel staff needs to be improved. I was there during the 神宮大祭, it was the peak season at Miyasaki. Hotel told me to checkin at 3pm (I was there early at 2pm), when i's back, they said rooms were not ready. Then they gave me a room which was not fully cleaned up, but they can provide tge rooms for ALL the Japanese immediately. I'll nof stay there anymore.

Très déçu par cet hôtel En premier il était précisé que l’hôtel disposait d’un parking. Celui ci était à plus d’un bloc et il ne nous a été donné aucun plan pour revenir a l’hôtel à pied et aucun conseil sur l’étage du parking le plus adéquate. Donc nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à savoir quel place de parking pouvait être utilisé et comment sortir du parking. À un moment nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un magasin sans savoir comment en sortir. De même ce matin nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à trouvé l’entrée du parking. Dans un deuxième temps la climatisation de la chambre a été inutilisable. Malgré tous les réglages que nous avons pu faire un air extrêmement froid était soufflé en direction du lit. Au bout de 5 minutes nous étions obligés de la couper malgré la chaleur qui régnait dans la chambre. Cela nous a empêché de dormir une bonne partie de la nuit. En un mot je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
