"My husband and I stayed here for a night to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Although we live only 2hrs away from Miyazu city, we decided to spend a night just to experience the stay here. "Location was good, close to cable car and bus stop. The property is in desperate need for some TLC. rooms are very tired, worn down and neglected. Not to resemble a true Ryokan. Charging 3*hotel rates but supplying a poor hostel standard. I skipped the second night and got a beautiful room in town for half the price. Breakfast was ok. "

"It had everything I needed. Room was spacious and clean. The complimentary bottled water was so expensive looking.The communal dining area was nice and they provided everything you would need. With a mall just across the road was very convenient to get foodstuff and even friendly luggage forwarding services at the mall. Would highly recommend this hotel!"
