He was first helping us to do the checking even though the front desk desk employee had been politely doing it, he later personally assisted us to the room and tirelessly advised some of the nice restaurants with good value. Today 付亞靜 (Yvonne) really surprised me by her enthusiasm. Without being asked by me, she noticed me from distance that I might have a question.
