"We were always greeted respectfully and always had great service. The lodge owners were also present during our stay and they are very nice. "We enjoyed our stay @ Safari Plains. Arriving we were received by such friendly faces. The Luxury Tented Chalet we stayed in were overlooking the field where the game came to graze. We enjoyed the morning & afternoon game drives with the well informed guide, Ben. On our first night we had an open air dinner prepared by the chef and staff, it was amazing! We most definately recommend a stay at this 5 star lodge it will be an experience you'll never forget. ALL the staff made our stay fantastic. "

"Annoying part, arrived there late and I was told need a code to enter. Had to call reservations asking for code. Arrived and then was told to still pay, but everything was paid in full. For a property with such high standard, they can spend some money on proper pillows and bedding. Shower heads and shower needs proper cleaning. Sad to see so much littering by the people, and no one picks it up. Overall, property was really nice, peaceful. Game drive was boring. Spa was amazing. "
