Welcome to Laughing Labs. Spectacular views of the La Sal Mountains and the Moab Rim on a secluded corner. Extended deck is shaded in the afternoon and very private, great place to relax at the end of the day. Make fabulous meals in the well stocked kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Single level townhouse. Enjoy the Moab outdoors from this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level townhome with oversized patio, just a 5 minute drive from downtown Moab. Two bedrooms contain King size beds, third bedroom with a Queen and a Twin XL beds. Additional rollaway bed provided. Free Wi-Fi.

HOT TUB: Open year round

POOL: Pool is open for the season, expected closing date late October depending on the weather.

We are always available should you need help during your stay. We do have local help available. You will never be without a resource for anything you should need.

This is a smoke free unit and we would appreciate it if no one smokes in the townhouse.

We are a dog friendly townhouse, maximum 2 dogs (let us know how big your dogs are). Sorry no Cats or Birds.

This comfortable, well-appointed, well-managed property has become something of a home away from home for us. The location is quiet, the views marvelous, the neighborhood pristine, and the accommodations very welcoming.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed in this home for several days while exploring Moab, Arches, and Canyonlands. It had everything we needed and more, and clear instructions for items around the house. The views from the living room were amazing!

Great place and location

This was a great home base for visiting all that the surrounding area has to offer. The home was well equipped in the kitchen, games, videos and TVs. Great place and we had no issues at all! Recommend this one highly!

This condo was awesome. We had plenty of room. The decor was pleasing and furniture was very comfortable. The views were amazing. Location was convenient to trails as well as state and national parks.

A great space only to be beat by the view

The townhouse is lovely and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds/bedding were good quality and the view from the porch/living room was wonderful. With 10min drive to Arches it was the perfect spot from which to explore. We highly recommend for couples or families!

Moab Trip

Had a wonderful time staying here as 3 generations explored the National Parks and rafted down the Colorado River. The kitchen was better stocked with cookware and place settings than any other rental I’ve ever stayed in. The location south of Moab was nice and quiet when we wanted it to be, but close enough to town and all the places we wanted to visit.

Beautiful home - great location

This place was perfect for our weekend in Moab. We met a couple friends to go jeeping. There was plenty of room for the trucks trailers and jeeps. It was really clean and had everything you need.

Wedding Week in Moab!

Close To Everything

We loved this property! It was close to town and only 10-15 minutes from Arches. Everything was great! We loved having access to the pool to cool down after our morning hikes. The kitchen was fully stocked. The view from the patio was gorgeous! Would stay again!

Beautiful place with attention to detail, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything we needed. The decor at every turn was greatly admired by all of us. The views out the large windows in the living room and kitchen were outstanding! It seemed very quiet and private even though it’s in a community of close homes. Close to parks and Moab. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Mountain Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! We especially enjoyed the patio area at night while looking at the gorgeous moab mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, utensils and spices. This was a very comfortable, spacious and clean home. The check in was seamless as was communication with the host. It was a very quiet and relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was awesome! The townhome is in a great spot with nice views of the surrounding red rock and snow capped mountains. The unit is comfy and very well stocked with all the supplies you need to eat in and relax. The communication from property manager was easy.

Quiet Dark Sky Neighborhood

The property was clean and dog friendly. It was a few miles south of Moab. The hosts were responsive and helpful. We were able to check in early and there was more than enough parking for the 3 vehicles we had (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). We would stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

The unit is in an easily accessible location with great views of the Moab Rim. The hosts' communication was fantastic--they provided recommendations of hikes and restaurants which were very helpful during our stay. The place was clean, well-stocked, everything we could want. 5 remotes for the TV was a lot to get used to but we did it in the end. We did not use the community pool or hot tub but it's a nice option to have.
