The Space:

You will be able to walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. And the brand new hot tub provides a great place to soak after a day of adventures. High Speed wired and Wi-Fi internet access. Dish Network Satellite TV with DVR. Huge, Open Great Room with all tile floors. Top Quality Kitchen with top of the line Whirlpool Gold stainless steel appliances, and Hanstone solid surface counter tops. Custom Mexican Pine Dining area with seating for 8. The Custom Master Bedroom is expanded to include an office area, and features a dual head shower. There is a King Size Bed, and a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the backyard and patio. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and both have Queen Beds. Ideally located in downtown Moab, you are close to Main Street, as well as the brand new Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center. Also located nearby are the Moab Library, the Mill Creek Parkway, the Moab Information Center, and our event planning centers where you can schedule all your adventures for your trip. Possibly the best location in Moab!



Arches East ~ 389 is a pet friendly condo. There will be a $20/night fee for each pet. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, it will be added by our reservations team before you are charged.



Cottonwoods townhomes do have access to an indoor shared swimming pool. It is controlled & operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.



Guest Access:

All our units utilize self check-in procedures. Please reference correspondence from us within Airbnb for provided self-check-in details (i.e. rental address, door code, wifi, etc.). These details are forwarded by us just after reserving.



The Neighborhood:

Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



Getting Around:

You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.

You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.
