    The Space:

    Attached to Arches East, rent both 389 (Arches East) and 393 (Arches West) and get both sides of a Twin Home. Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Townhome in Downtown Moab with a private hot tub. Just 2.5 blocks from Main Street. You will be able to walk to all your favorite shops and restaurants. Arches West comes with every upgrade offered. This unit also features access to an indoor pool that is open year round. Watch Dish Network Satellite TV with DVR on the large LED TV. Huge, Open Great Room with all tile floors. A new Sleeper Sofa in the great room offers even more sleeping options. Top Quality Kitchen with top of the line stainless steel appliances, and Hanstone solid surface counter tops. Custom Mexican Pine Dining area with seating for 8. The custom Master Bedroom is expanded to include an office area, and features a Dual Head, Steam Shower. There is a King Size Bed, and a sliding glass door allowing direct access to the hot tub and patio. The 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms are tastefully decorated and have Queen Beds. The main bath features a jetted bathtub and copper sink. Two (2) roll away twin beds are included in this unit.



    Ideally located in downtown Moab, you are close to Main Street, as well as the brand new Moab Recreation and Aquatic Center. Also located nearby are the Moab Library, the Mill Creek Parkway, the Moab Information Center, and our event planning centers where you can schedule all your adventures for your trip. This really is the best location in Moab!



    Arches West ~ 393 is a pet friendly condo. There will be a $20 per night per pet fee. If a pet fee is not reflected in the charges at checkout, please be aware that our reservations team will add that cost to the reservation before you are charged.



    Worried about traveling in these uncertain times? For a limited time, this unit offers free cancellation up until 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. Book with no worries!



    Guest Access:

    All our units utilize self check-in procedures. You will receive a welcome kit with instructions for locating your unit and gaining entrance. All our units have either lockboxes by the front door or digital locks on the doors.



    The Neighborhood:

    Moab is your gateway to adventure. Our famous national parks, Arches and Canyonlands, are just a short drive away. Hiking, Biking, Rafting, and Off-roading are all accessible from Moab.



    Getting Around:

    You will want a car to get you to all our wonderful outdoor activities. We have properties located right in downtown that are walking distance to our stores and restaurants. We also have properties located just minutes from downtown that will give you closer access to the golf course, trails, etc.



    Other Things to Note:

    Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Please don't try to attempt to access your unit prior to 4:00 PM. Our housekeepers need time to make the units as nice as possible for you.



    Interaction with Guests:

    You can call us with any questions. We're just minutes away, but we won't bother you unless you need us.

We enjoyed the property. It was especially comfortable because we could bring our dog with us since there’s a backyard that is fenced in where he could be when we went out without him.

The house was perfect for our group. Walking distance to restaurants in the downtown area. The house had plenty of space for our kids and dog to enjoy and was stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice friendly overnight stay

We had a really good time staying at this place overnight after hiking and camping, and the place is clean, and the house is quiet. Very a nice place for a short recovery after a hike and camp.

Loved this place!

We enjoyed staying here! We were close to downtown Moab and close to trails. The house has lots of room and was very clean!

This property was very spacious and clean. We really enjoyed the backyard. Parking was easy and checking in and out was seamless.

Location and spaciousness are excellent. For the price, we expected a working air condition (it was 81-83 degrees F. throughout the day and night) and a kitchen with basic essentials (coffee, laundry detergent, etc.) and cooking necessities (spices, etc.).

MTB trip

The houses on Williams way are ideal for being able to walk to everything in town. We’ll set up for large groups. Loved our stay here!

Week of activities

We stayed for a week and it was awesome! Property was clean and the location was next to everything we did. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping was something we took advantage of every day. The national parks were only minutes away and our excursions were all within 2 miles.

After Safari Decompression

We came to hang with friends who are truly family. We ran out to Tusher Tunnel, in to a shelf of petrified wood, over to Determination Towers, Wipeout Hill, to Monitor Mirimac, and hit Uranium Arch before heading in. Our visits to Jailhouse, Deweys, and the Spoke were excellent. We VRBO condos here in the spring and the fall. I would stay here again!

Great stay and location in Moab

The house was great. Awesome location-within walking/biking distance to downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The house was clean and perfect for our family. There were only 4 of us, but we could have easily had another family stay with us. It was super nice to have a garage to put our truck and bikes while we stayed. I would definitely stay at this location again if our travels take us back to Moab.

Beautiful area, house was really clean. The master shower was amazing. Highly recommend. There were just a few minor issues: There was a constant drip into the hot tub-so it was basically unusable; but I'm sure once the drip is fixed it would be a nice amenity. The only other request would be to give us the location to the pool-wasn't a big deal as we were too tired to really go out and find it; but a general idea would have been nice.

Great stay, except for a plumbing issue, but that was reconciled!

This property had everything we wanted, except the smell. We only stayed for 2 nights, but learned there was a plumbing issue. We avoided use of the master bathroom once discovered. We were gone most of both days and informed management. The duplex had a great backyard space for our dogs and the hot tub was nice to relax in after hiking all day. Tom at Moab Lodging Property management was the most helpful in communication and assistance with our needs. Thank you Tom. If not for the smell, I would have rated this 4 stars.

Maintenance needed but nice location

Property needs some maintenance. Ice maker did not work, it needs a new coffee pot. Jetted tub has mold growing in the jets. Hot tub did not work well. ( and was dirty) broken tiles in hall floor. Carpet tack strips were exposed. And carpet needs replaced.

Dog-Friendly

Excellent location for National/State Park access and walks around the neighborhood. “Dog-Friendly” is our primary criteria when looking for a vacation rental, and this place was perfect. There is a nice-sized, fenced-in backyard with grass, and the master bedroom opens directly out to it. The home is very large with lots of clutter-free storage areas. It was clean, well-appointed, and provided everything as advertised. The 2-car garage was also clean and uncluttered with a kitchen entry that made unloading a breeze. The check-in and -out procedures were the easiest we've ever encountered. This is a beautiful place to visit!

Great place to stay!

Great place to stay! Nice and spacious, great location. Well stocked except we had to bring our own pillows and blankets for the extra beds.

Clean facility but low quality amenities and poorly managed

Overall this rental is well located and a comfortable layout. The housekeeping does an excellent job as the property, inside and out, was very well maintained and clean. Unfortunately the thermostat was malfunctioning during our stay making it pretty miserable nights’ sleep. We were there for a total of three nights and the first two were restless. Night one the temperature kept resetting itself to the 50s somewhere and there are no extra blankets in the rooms so we were very very cold. On the second night it was keeping itself over 70 so we had to sleep with the doors/windows open. I notified the property manager on the morning after our first night and the issue was not addressed until the third night when the maintenance staff (who was awesome and completely competent) came and swapped it out, which fixed the problem. I was disappointed that it was not prioritized on the first day as paying good money for a rental should include basic environmental comfort. The property managers can track the thermostat remotely so should have been able to identify the issue day one. We had been planning this short trip to Moab for quite a while and not sleeping for two nights didn’t give us the best vacation experience since we were getting up and out of the house early every morning for long, strenuous days. The hot tub motor seemed to function intermittently so having hot water was unreliable. It is a well used unit so don’t count on it working consistently, which is unfortunate because you are charge an extra fee for it. We were offered no discount for the problems and communication was tricky with the property manager as he would only communicate through messaging and not answer my calls directly. I will probably try to avoid this company in the future and try for someone who puts importance on customer care and satisfaction.
