Unwind after a long day of adventuring in Moab in this spacious corner townhome, while enjoying the views of the red rock cliffs and La Sal Mountains from the patio and throughout the home. The downstairs features the living room, kitchen, dining room, half bathroom, and master bedroom with a king-size bed and attached bathroom. While the upstairs has two additional bedrooms with queen beds, a full-size bathroom, and a loft with a sofa. This home is minutes away from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, Old Spanish Trail Arena, La Sal Mountains, and Dead Horse Point State Park. There are endless jeep trails, mountain biking, & hiking possibilities just a quick drive from the townhome. In the evenings and downtime, you can relax in the hot tub and pool or cozy up to the living room fireplace! The complex also offers basketball and tennis courts and a playground for the kids! Enjoy some R&R time on the private patio and use the outside gas grill to cook some of your favorite meals, while also staying connected during your stay by using our high-speed WIFI! This home is sure to bring you all of the comfort and relaxation you need while vacationing in beautiful Moab!
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
Property management company, Makenna's Gold Rentals is local in Moab.
Parking There is parking in the two-car garage (19 Feet in Depth / 6 Feet 9 Inches in Height) and additional parking spaces are near the unit. For overflow/additional parking for Jeeps, RZRs, trailers or other vehicles, Meador Drive is the main street leading into the complex which is near the unit. We ask that guests do not take up too many of the extra parking spaces so that guests in other units are also able to park additional vehicles that they might have in their party.
Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

This is a nice place in a cute complex. We found it to be well equipped and as advertised in every way. The kids loved the pool. It's a little further out of town than I would have guessed, so make sure to check the maps before booking.
I had a great stay at this property. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for my needs. The location was convenient, check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was clear and responsive throughout. I was in town for work, and this space made it easy to unwind at the end of the day. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay.
Great stay...clean and good condition. The size of cooking/baking pans were for larger groups. There weren't any glass measuring cups, no electric hand mixer and no cupboard space to store groceries. All glassware was huge and in excessive amounts. All that said, A Great Stay! Thank you.

of six. The town of Moab was so quaint with many choices for dining and shopping. Close to the parks we wanted to visit.
Our family of four spent 3 nights in the condo as part of a trip to visit Utah's Mighty 5 National Parks. We absolutely loved our stay! The home was clean, well-maintained, and an excellent choice for families. Though it's located a few miles south of town, we enjoyed being away from the busyness of Moab. Our kids (13 and 10) had a great time in the pool, and were grateful for all the space to spread out. We highly recommend this condo!
My husband and I traveled with our three children (ages 15, 12, and 8). There is plenty of room and we could have had more people stay with us! We went on a jeep tour and rafted the Colorado River while we were there! Fantastic family Vaca!
Great location to Island in the Sky, The Needles, Arches, and downtown Moab. Also great location within the villas to the pool. Check in/out was smooth and even offered for us to check in early. Spotless townhome, comfy beds, spacious closets and rooms, great patio to grill, had all the basics we needed for a few days. This doesn’t matter too much but the only suggestion I may have is to just have a few basic condiments in the fridge. No complaints here, awesome stay, would definitely consider when coming back to Moab in the future.

It was a great time. Great explanations on how to get in to the house, the pool, where to find things, recommendations, etc. very organized. Pool was nice. The beds were comfy, all appliances worked fine. The master bedroom is quite spacious, the family room with the fireplace and tv is a little tight.
Great stay in a very nice neighborhood. Property was clean and accommodated eight of us nicely. Only down side was mattresses should be updated. As far as the complex our group of 16 people had three rentals and in our opinions the pool/hottub closed at 9 pm and with our schedule we would of liked to see 10 pm so we could have utilized this amenity. Again this is only opinions. Will definitely be back. Thank you
We really liked this house and it was perfect for our group of friends to gather together after hiking all day. The hot tub a short walk away was fantastic and the house is well stocked. The instructions for check in and check out were impeccible. The only complaint was that the upstairs beds are so loud and creaky. The bedframes need to be tightened up or replaced. Until then bring earplugs so you're woken up every time someone rolls over.
Over all this house was great and we'd stay there again.
Condo was sufficient for 4 of us. A little outside of town, but view is nice. Unit definitely shows wear and tear. Our friends complained that the upsfairs beds were uncomfortable. Downstairs bed was comfy but hearing the water run through the pipes is annoying. Pots and pans are not the best and could use some sharp knives for cooking. Area is quiet and the pool area looked nice but we didnt use it.
This was perfect for our Moab trip. I liked that two of the bedrooms were upstairs. Very clean. It was on the south side of town so out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to still easily get to restaurants, stores, arches, etc. Kids loved the pool, slide, and basketball court. There were extra blankets and plenty of towels. Lots of dishes too. My only downside was the bed I slept in was a little squeaky with the board under the mattress. And I had a hard time finding the blender but it was on top of the fridge lol!
This townhome was perfect for our family, complete with pools, hot tub, and tennis courts nearby. We appreciated that there were three bedrooms and our kids didn't have to argue over "who crossed the line" in the bed. Having the garage was also helpful, especially when bad weather hit. Check in process was a breeze with codes. Kitchen had everything we needed. Once we figured out which pool was ours, the kids really enjoyed it after being in the heat.
The property manager was very responsive and fabulous. I accidentally left a necklace and they found it in the sheets! It was sentimental to me, so I appreciated their honesty in finding and then sending it to me.

I liked the layout of the unit but it was not thoroughly cleaned and had hair on the floor, generally poorly mopped floors and Venetian blinds in the kitchen with ages of white sticky dust on them. There were no recycling bins, the couches were worn. The beds were very comfortable. The unit had 1 tablespoon. There was no kettle for boiling water for tea, we also had no facecloths in the main bathroom. After contacting the owners, cleaners were sent and we were given more cutlery and facecloths. I appreciated the washer/dryer and pool towels. In general it needs an update as so much furniture, cupboards are very worn. The location is good.
