Open and spacious, the main living area features tall cathedral ceilings and a loft looking down into the living room. Tasteful cowboy décor creates a fun atmosphere for your stay. When the nights cool down, turn on the gas fireplace and cuddle up on the comfy leather couch, love seat or recliner. Pull out the full-size sleeper sofa in the living room for the kids or extra guests to crash for the night.

When it comes time to wrestle up some grub, head to the large kitchen where you can flex your cooking muscles. It comes with full-size appliances, granite counters and handsome wood cabinets. Start your day with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar providing seating for 4. Just off the kitchen, the dining table seats six for meals and is a great spot for board games.

Hopefully, the beauty and peacefulness of the area will send you into total relaxation. But, if you do need to connect to the outside world, the condo has Wi-Fi and the upstairs loft has a desk for working.

Bedrooms

Pamper guests with extra room and amenities, as each bedroom has its own en-suite bath and flat-screen TV. Retreat to the main level bedroom, offering a queen-size bed, grand headboard and a door out to the patio for easy access to the hot tub. Its en-suite bath has a shower and single vanity with granite counters. The main floor location and walk-in shower make it a great choice for older guests or those with mobility issues.

Upstairs, guests can tuck in for the night in the 2nd bedroom, which comes with a queen bed and leather chair for curling up with a good book. The en-suite bath has a tub and shower combination, as well as single sink with extra counter space.

You’ll find plenty of sleeping space in the 3rd bedroom with two queen beds and big picture windows letting in lots of light. No need to fight over space to get ready for the day with an en-suite bath providing a tub and shower combination and single vanity.

Backyard

Blue skies and mountain vistas stretch all around you as you unwind on the back patio. After a long day exploring the area and its beautiful sites, hop in the private hot tub and watch the stars come out above you. Keep dinner simple and fire up the BBQ grill. Moab Town House

This property was perfect for our party of 5. It had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a long day of hiking. The hot tub and ping pong table were a bonus. The house is exactly as pictured in the posting and our host was quick to offer suggestions about the Moab area. Thank you and we hope to be back again.

Great place and great location

Our family loved staying here for four nights. It is out of downtown, so there’s not much noise. We loved the hot tub, the cleanliness, and the well-stocked kitchen. It was very nice for each bedroom to have its own bathroom. Just beware - the internet provider in Moab is not great, so wifi was iffy for those in our group who needed to do school and work remotely. But it is probably like that all over town. We would stay here again!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Moab for Spring Break. The home was in a great location just outside of downtown, and was a perfect home base for the week. The home was clean, comfortable; and had all the amenities we could want. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo South of town,

This condo was very comfortable. It was plenty big enough for two adults and two kids. The beds were cushy and nice. South of town a couple of miles. Neighborhood was quiet, with distant road noise from the highway. The hot tub was quite dirty initially, murky/cloudy and the floating filter had gunk all over it. The hot tub cleaner was out on the second day, and it looked good after that. Internet wasn't working initially, host quickly responded to turn modem off/in. Worked for the first night, but there was no power to the modem the rest of the stay. Our stay in Moab was pleasant. It was communication before the trip that was a bit worrisome. A simple question to the host resulted in strange responses about "not wanting drama" and telling me to cancel the trip. It was in regard to a request for payment well before it was due. I simply inquired about it, and the host was immediately on the defense, telling me to verify the legitimacy through VRBO. All was on the up and up, verified by VRBO, but when I returned to the messages to let her know, there were multiple messages telling me to cancel. The VRBO agent reviewed the messages and agreed the host's reaction was strange. I wanted to be reassured that the condo would still be available to us, so she called the host. I was assured that the reservation would not be cancelled. Everything was good with the condo once we arrived, thankfully.

Wonderful place to stay

We were pleasantly surprised with this home! We rented it for our daughter's wedding weekend. Loved that every room had its own bath. The hot tub was amazing and the entire place was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall the condo was everything that me and 3 adult boys needed 2 things that I would mention is having coffee for 4 mornings, not a big thing though. The other maybe a safety recommendation, the hot water is extremely hot and I would worry that a small child could get scalded

Beautiful town home

We had our one year anniversary in Moab, and stayed in this beautiful town home on the south side of town. Not being down town and having all the noise and bustle of a tourist town was perfect. We were still in great proximity to all the shops in town and had a gas station less than 5 minutes away. The hot tub, ping pong tables, dart board, and tv in every room kept us very entertained throughout our stay. The property is very well maintained and very clean. 10/10 will be staying here again.

Close to Arches

We enjoyed our stay at Desert Winds. It was close to Arches and away from the busy downtown area. The grill was great and we appreciated the gas hookup instead of a propane tank. The kitchen was well equipped for what we needed. The dishwasher was a little rickety but did a good job cleaning the dishes. We were looking forward to using the hot tub but didn’t as the temperatures stayed above 100 everyday/night we were there. We had issues with getting the main TV to connect to Dish. We had access to one channel but the remote wasn’t scrolling. The other TVs were fine and we weren’t there enough for it to be a big deal. A big plus was that every bedroom had its on bathroom!
