This property is perfect for very large groups, with accommodations for up to 50 people. We focused on providing equal luxury accommodations so that everyone feels comfortable and no one gets the short end of the stick. The home is located just 10 minutes from downtown Moab, 15 minutes from Arches National Park, 20 minutes from Canyonlands National Park, and close to many other state parks. ADDITIONAL BEDDING: You have access to an additional 4 Guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. There is a queen pullout sofa in the great room.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including 2 coffee makers, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and 2 dishwashers. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, 2 gas fire pits and 12-person private hot tub and private heated pool.

LIVING ROOM: This large living space offers a plenty of room for your group, 3 Couches and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 65" Smart TV and entertainment system. Perfect for watching movies or the game.

POOL/HOT TUB: The 2 - pools and 2 - 12-person Hot Tubs are heated year-round, and temperature is kept between 82 degrees in the summer and 90 degrees in the winter.

GAME ROOM: Pool Table and Outdoor ping pong table

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 4 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home.

BOCCE COURT: Custom Bocce Court with premium oyster shell for the base.

PARKING: The property is 1 Acre of flat ground. There is plenty of parking area for up to 20 Vehicles and places for trailers to park.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: 2 patios maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal Mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the covered patio.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
