11A8 Condo in Moab, Views, Shared Pool & Hot Tub!
The hot tub is open as of Feb 14th. The pool is scheduled to open March 27th. If booking in June, please note: Due to repairs, the pool and hot tub are expected to be closed starting June 7th. The pool will reopen June 17th, but the hot tub will remain closed until Labor Day Weekend. These dates for repair are tentative and subject to change. Please see the full schedule below.

You'll love the gorgeous panoramic views from this beautiful new townhome! 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath floor plan with stunning views of the canyons, mountains, and red rocks from every room. Located only 5 miles south of downtown Moab, this home is superbly furnished and makes for a great place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
The private master suite features a king size bed, 3 closets, a dresser, and a double vanity in the bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and dresser while Bedroom 3 comes with 2 twin beds and a dresser. All bedrooms have their own TV's. There's a private balcony off the master suite. (patio furniture is not permissible on the upstairs balcony due to HOA guidelines)
The oversized 2 car garage has plenty of room for your mountain bikes, 4WD, ATV's, and all your recreational toys. There is a full size washer and dryer so you can clean up quickly after enjoying outdoor activities.
The complex features a swimming pool, hot tub, tennis/basketball court, playground, and plenty of extra parking. Great location just 2 blocks off Highway 191, your gateway to Canyonlands and Arches National Parks.
All bed linens, bath towels, washcloths, and pool towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with the most common utensils, cookware, and small appliances. Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish scrub, and paper towels are provided. Each townhome has hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. Due to specific allergies, please bring your choice of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap for your stay. Washer and dryers are located in the unit and are free of charge. (Laundry detergent is provided.) There is a regular coffee maker in the unit and coffee filters are provided. Please bring the coffee of your choice!
This is an interior unit - There is a driveway pad located outside of all interior units. The garage door is 16 FT IN in width, height is 7 FT 10 IN, and the depth of the garage is 21 FT. The length of the driveway pad outside of the garage is 36 FT and 16 FT in width. For additional parking, Meador Drive is the main street leading into Rim Vista (the community where the unit is located). It offers plenty of space to park your trailers, Jeeps, RZRs, and trucks if the garage does not fit these vehicles.

Pool & Hot Tub Schedule: In the event that the pool or hot tub has to be closed due to maintenance or weather related issue, we are unable to provide refunds, as these amenities are managed by the HOA and are outside of our control.

We loved the location to Moab and the National Parks, very close to downtown with great restaurants and shops. The rental was very clean and check-in and communication were excellent, highly recommend it and would stay again!
Great place to enjoy all that Moab has to offer. Worked perfect for us as our “base” as we went out and about to explore. Away from the “hotel” strip (just a couple miles away) which we liked. Would recommend and would stay again.
We stayed for 3 nights and house came with everything we needed. Plenty of space to spread out. Pool was very close. Bring sunscreen as there is minimal shade at the pool area. Garage was spacious and beds very comfortable.
We love that this place is a bit out of town but not too far. It had every amenity we could want, including a pool. This is our 3rd time at Rim Vista and we'll be back again.
We went for a 4 day motorcycle/side by side adventure in Moab. Amazing, clean, well organized, quiet, excellent and efficient layout, fully equipped kitchen, excellent communication with property manager. We will definately be back!
The cottage had everything we needed.. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen. We also had a special treat our last morning there. While we were eating breakfast a Jack Rabbit put on a show for us. Hopping around, eating and finally rolling in the dirt.
Great place for relaxing after a day on the 4x4 trails. Comfy living room furniture. Nice bed and master suite. Good internet connectivity. Good sized clean garage with 2 car concrete pad outside.Views from apartment are not spectacular but the convenience of the garage and proximity to trails more than makes up for that.
Our group of 3 adults stayed at this great place in October. Host was excellent at communicating all along the way. Property was in great condition, with very comfortable furniture and a well-appointed kitchen. Location is 11 miles from entrance to Arches National Park (20-30 minutes) and 38 miles (40-50 minutes) from Canyonlands National Park Islands in the Sky section.
Property very clean has everything you need for your stay. Close to town! Only thing is trash dumpster location little far away. ( But what can you do about that!)
The property was spotless, the beds were comfortable, and communication with hosts was above average. I stayed for three days with my husband and two sons. We had plenty of room and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.
Please be aware that the subdivision's organization is complicated, and finding the house is difficult in the dark. I recommend checking in during daylight hours to avoid confusion.

Overall excellent property, facilities, location, and furnishings. It was very clean except the kitchen counter which had a residue of some spilled food, and the couch which had a lot of dried crumbs on it. Both of these were a bit of a detraction from the otherwise excellent qualities of the property. Neither the counter nor the couch issues were easily visible, but they were very obvious if you ran your hand over them.

Townhouse was well stocked and perfect for our family of 5. We appreciated the addition of the washing machine, spices, a crockpot, and flat skillet. Having garage parking is very nice after a long day hiking. Only recommendation would be to add some floor mats to the bathrooms. Nice location not to far out of town.
