This property also features southeastern views of the La Sal Mountains and western views of the Moab Canyon Rim. A quick 10-15 minute drive south of downtown Moab.

*No blocking driveways of other homes in the neighborhood
*Please do not leave windows open while not at the property, the HVAC system works best when windows are closed and closed windows also prevent insects and outdoor grill odors from coming into the house.
*Keep hot tub cover on at all times when not in use.
