Fantastic location, close to the Colorado River and Arches National Park. The rooms are clean and it's a quiet safe place. There is a walkway up the cliff where you can watch sunset. The hotel is a bit shabby. The pool and spa are closed. The breakfast was avery basic Continental breakfast - waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, cake doughnuts,yogurt and coffee. It's agood value if you just need clean, safe place to sleep.

The television lacked a guide so to find what was on meat scanning the many channels. Nice place but pool out of service and breakfast well stocked.

Good clean comfortable place to stay. Definitely worth the price. Breakfast was basic but fresh. Only problems was the hot tub was not functional

Some very nice upgrades in the room, mirror, new flooring in bathroom. But shower enclosure peeling, and very rundown generally. Pluses: check in was very pleasant and easy. Room was easy to get to. Lots of parking, couple of good restaurants nearby. Beds were surprisingly comfortable.

The property was decent and fairly quiet, especially for a weekend stay. The main issues were with the bathroom light switch and door knob—they were loose and seemed poorly maintained. For the price we paid, I expected those kinds of basic fixtures to be in better condition. That said, the beds were comfortable, and overall the stay was okay—not great, but not terrible either.

It has been remodeled and was clean but there is no upkeep. The back door doesn't lock, our room card scan was taped on, and the tub faucet drips constantly. Someone did a home job on a wall repair. They are putting no money into it to hire professionals

The house keeping service was really good to keep our room clean and supplied. They advertise an outside pool and I’m surprised that the health department hasn’t made a trip to the hotel and shut it down. It was in horrible, unsafe condition!
