Enhance your Moab adventure by booking a stay in our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome, conveniently located just 6 mins from downtown Moab. Our townhome features two fireplaces - one in the Main Living space and one in the Master Bedroom, a roof top deck, perfect for enjoying the iconic red rock views and views of the surrounding La Sal mountains, and a back patio nestled into the natural red rock landscape.

Our townhome is all about its central location which provides ideal access to all of the area attractions - National Parks, mountain biking and hiking trails, OHV trails and one-of-a-kind scenery. This residence features a fully-stocked kitchen, two gas fireplaces, dining room and a roof top deck with amazing views! The back patio is nestled naturally in the red rocks. While climbing is dangerous, get your insta-worthy videos and photos while taking in the natural beauty of the setting :)

Guests will love the southwest style, unique art work, and custom built log furniture featured throughout the townhome. The layout and bed configuration is perfect for two families to share or multiple couples. Each large bedroom has its own dedicated/attached bathroom. That's right, 3 master suites!

The home has the perfect configuration for multiple families or groups. Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the 2nd floor patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views.

You'll be located just steps away from the Moab golf course, open year round. You will not find a more scenic course! Experience the epic beauty and book a round during your stay!

Guests have access to a one-car garage and driveway for parking during their stay. While trailers/ATV's are not allowed to be parked in the driveway per the HOA, there is plenty of parking along the curb near the townhome for trailers, extra vehicles and UTV/ATV's.

**Please note this is a two-story unit and stairs must be used to access some of the bedrooms.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only 1 dog is permitted per HOA rules and the breed must be disclosed before you check in.  Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets :)

We also manage three other townhome in the same complex. Book more than one property and receive a 10% multiple property discount!

Great accommodations

Clean, cozy, yet roomy. We had three couples and one teen stay at this property and each couple having their own room with full attached bath was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely wonderful!

Pleasant retreat

What a wonderful spot, a true oasis in the desert. We greatly enjoyed our time in Moab and Casa Sweet Casa was a large part of that. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for the family to stretch and relax. Definitely on the top of our list should we return to Moab.

Fun in Moab

Overall it was an impressive property, well appointed in themes appropriate to the locale. Plenty of space for everyone and very comfortable. Appreciated the well stocked kitchen with coffee and filters, sample sized soaps, shampoos for the baths, etc. Management was also quickly responsive ti a couple questions we had. Only thing I’d request would be for a slightly later check out time, and we felt the cleaning fee was high compared to other properties we’ve used. All in all a lovely, peaceful place to end your day after hiking around the parks.

It's very clean, plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook. Note the kitchen is VERY small, so don't rent this house if you want to have multiple people cooking at the same time. Also- the bedroom on the 1st floor has a really squeaky bed. If you're a light sleeper, it's going to be an issue. Overall the location is great and we enjoyed our vacation in Moab.

Beautiful Townhome

The decor and the layout were all very inviting and went along perfectly with the Moab feel. We loved all the windows and the views. The patio with the red rocks is gorgeous! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed and more, to cook our meals. Almost every evening we took walks in the neighborhood. It was so beautiful. There are some trails along the golf course and a AWD trail up the road that we hiked on. I heard a great horned owl in the middle of the night, but never could spot him. The management was so accommodating. The pilot light in the gas fireplace was not working, since Summer was just ending. They had someone out in minutes to light it for us so that we could enjoy a fire. Very Impressive!! We visited Arches, Canyonlands, Capital Reef, and some local hiking trails on our visit. One of our favorite hikes was to Corona, Bowtie, and Pinto Arches. So, if Arches is super crowded Corona is a good alternative! Thanks again for everything! We would stay at this house again in a heartbeat!

Retired Geologist scouting the Rx. Beautiful condo in excellent condition and very well equipped with great room. Very comfortable beds ! place to range from to all nearby National Parks. Add a Keurig maker and I’d give t 6 out of 5 stars.

Wonderful Red Rock Property

Three nights exploring amazing Moab area with wife and adult daughter. Property was almost better than advertised, and tucked up in a golf course area several miles outside of downtown. Great decor, comfortable beds, cool deck with BBQ and nicely furnished. Very comfortable for the three of us and could easily have had another couple come with us. Love Moab, and will be coming back to this property for our next trip. Strongly recommended.
