A beautiful stand-alone home on the south side of the golf course. With soaring lofts and a cabin-like interior finish, this spacious and cozy 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit will provide a comfortable home away for you and your travel companions. An airy living area flows from the high-end kitchen, where you will have all the amenities you need to prepare a meal. If kicking back is more your style, relax in the private hot tub after your adventures. Private, yet still close to town, this home is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy some of the best views in Moab.

This home has a king in the first master bedroom, a king in the second ensuite bedroom, a queen in the third bedroom, a queen in the fourth bedroom, and two queen murphy beds located in the heated and cooled garage. This home sleeps 8 comfortably but can accommodate 12 guests.

No pets are allowed in this unit at any time.

HOA Mandated Rules
1) NO PARKING is allowed on the community road of Coyote Run due to safety and emergency needs. All vehicles must be parked in a garage or driveway. Excess vehicles can be parked in the limited pull off areas on East Bench Road or at off-site storage lots.
2) ATV's/UTV's, CAMPERS, TENTS, and TRAILERS are not allowed in the Coyote Run community which includes residential street, driveways, and garages. An exception is made for homeowners who may have UTV's/ATV's on their property. There are off-site storage facilities to park your recreation vehicles during your stay.
3) NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Recreational engines, outdoor music and socializing must be kept at low noise levels. Extended idling periods, engine revving is not allowed.
4) EARLY/LATE DEPARTURES: In case of early/late departures, be mindful of other residents within the community and be quiet while loading vehicles or talking outside. 5) PETS are welcome at the discretion of each individual homeowner. If your home allows pets, please keep them within your property boundary and the street, and clean up after your pet. Grand County leash law is in effect.
6) NIGHT SKY: We value the night sky for incredible star gazing year-round. Please turn off all exterior lights before 10:00 PM.
7) GARBAGE BINS: Garbage collection is on Thursdays. All garbage bins must be returned to garage area after collection due to wildlife and litter concerns.

The only downside to this place. The beds aren’t suitable for shorter people. If 6’ tall all was good, 5’ tall you had hard time getting into bed.

Wonderful Moab Experience
The Coyote Run #4 was an absolutely wonderful place for my family. Layout was great and the kitchen was perfect for making evening dinners. The Hot Tub was even warmed up and ready for us when we arrived early evening the first day. We got some great shots of the starry sky on our last night there. I would recommend this for all types of travelers. Believe me when I say it’s worth the short drive out of town to be able to stay in the gem.

Great family spot
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We have stayed in this neighborhood before and we knew we wanted a quiet spot to return to after adventuring in Moab. The unit has patio space perfect for morning coffee, family meals, and for playing with our one and two-year-old. The hot tub is a bonus after a day of hiking. The property manager was very prompt with answering questions.
