This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 4. The best part was the hot tub at the end of a long day of sightseeing and hiking. Beds were comfortable, my husband said he slept better there than he does at home.

The place was clean and well maintained. There were beautiful views from the living room windows and throughout the property. The kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub was comfortably hot and clean. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer, and plenty of clean towels, including for the hot tub and the pool. Jeff was very efficient and very helpful with any questions or concerns, provided prompt responses when needed. I would highly recommend this property for your home away from home.

Everything about our stay was just perfect! The three-bedroom home was very clean, well-appointed, quiet, and in a great location. It also had a clean, functioning hot tub! Place was great. Had everything you needed. Was nice having a garage with the heat. Hot tub and townhouse was very clean. About 15 minutes to Arches entrance and about 8 minutes to downtown Moab.

Best way to stay in Moab!

The house location was great. Small neighborhood with views of the snow capped mountains and rock walls just outside of town. What I love about this house is 3 king sized beds. Great for couples. The amenities, attention to detail, and cleanliness was perfect. After a long day of hiking, the soak in the hot tub helped a lot. Loved it all.

Had minor issue with garage door opener. Might need fresh batteries. Overall, a great place to stay, enjoyed hot tub and pool and location. HVAC has but one thermostat/control. That made it slightly difficult to balance out temperature to various rooms, some very cold, some very warm. Loved eating on patio most meals. Nice quiet location. Would highly recommend this place.

Home was clean and could easily accommodate 2 more couples or a family. Hot tub off master bedroom was wonderful and could also be accessed without having to go through master bedroom. Host was very responsive.

We all had a great time at the J4. We had 3 couples so really appreciated the King beds in all 3 rooms. The private hot tub was awesome. Quiet and private and right outside the master bedroom, so you don't have to walk 2 blocks to the community pool. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were great with communication and checking in with us to make sure everything was great.

Amazing trip!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property in late March/early April. We had the best time and it was a perfect location for us. Very close to Main Street in Moab- but enough space for us to spend the full week and not be on top of each other. The rental agency was so kind and very quick to respond, and the space was clean, well stocked, and larger than expected! We loved having the private hot tub, but also used the community pool and hot tub. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for our family of four. Super clean, large bedrooms, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Communication was super throughout our stay. We appreciated the toiletries and laundry detergent provided and having access to the garage. Would definitely stay here again, one of the best of several places we have stayed. Highly recommend Adrift Adventures for their white water rafting and 4x4 Jeep tours. We also enjoyed dinner at Broken Oar. For groceries, we used City Market, which is a Kroger brand store.
