The flat was very clean with wonderful touches like fresh Moab coffee and grinder, fully stocked kitchen where we made most of our meals, excellent laundry facilities, very comfortable bed, private patio and an outside seating area. The seating in the flat was extremely comfortable and the flat was within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in Moab yet on a quiet side street.

Great Place in Moab

We stayed here for six nights and the place was perfect for us. The place is very nice - clean, comfortable, well stocked, and an easy walk to downtown (less than 1/2 mile). The hosts were great to communicate with and they made sure all of our needs were met - even making multiple recommendations that turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to Moab.

Great hosts.

Loved the Westside Flats. The room was spotless and very roomy. The hosts were very friendly and helpful providing locations of very cool petroglyphs. The house is very close to downtown Moab and Arches National Park. Great place to stay.

Lovely Gem!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in this lovely gem! It's well designed and the decor is darling - inside and out! The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked. The mattress was comfortable. The blue tooth Bose speaker was a fun addition and the TV worked great. (We found a fun movie to watch on the evening that we planned to star gaze but ended up inside due to inclement weather.) The location could not have been better. Ellen is friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Place was perfect when we arrived. Location was well within walking distance of most of downtown and an easy drive to all the nearby parks. We routinely used all the little informational pamphlets and guides left by the owners. Very nice condo right in the heart of Moab.

Excellent place to stay when visiting Moab

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights when we were visiting Arches and Canyonlands. The unit is clean and spacious. Owners live on site and are very friendly and accommodating. If we are ever back in the area, this property is at the top of our list to rent again.
