This townhouse is beautifully decorated in warm southwest hues with clean simplicity. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dinnerware and cookware to enjoy a peaceful meal at this home-away-from home. This townhouse has a total of 3 full baths. Master bath is equipped with a jetted tub. Main Bath is a tub -shower unit. 3rd bathroom has a full size walk-in shower.

There is a 2-car garage and a large driveway. Plenty of space for your gear and there is overflow parking for trailers.

**Pet Policy:**
If you plan to bring your furry friend along, Utah Escapes welcomes pets with a $25 per day per pet fee (maximum of 2 dogs, no cats allowed). We kindly request responsible pet ownership, including cleaning up after your pet. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture and should not be left unattended in the unit. If you intend to leave them alone during the day, proper crating is required. By bringing your dog to the property, you agree to assume full financial responsibility for any pet-related damages. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive dog hair or waste is left behind.

We spent five nights at the property (2 parents and 2 20-something "kids") and had plenty of space, loved the location, and appreciated the fireplace, the little enclosed patio, and well-furnished kitchen. We had a great trip partly because the house was perfect for us.

This was a great house to stay in for my family while we explored Moab and the national parks. Quiet neighborhood right outside of town, beautiful views. Well stocked kitchen, great patio to have your morning coffee. Jeff was a great host and made check in and check out super easy and convenient. Overall great experience!

We stayed at Ravens Retreat with our son & pet dog. The owners were open to our pet in a kennel which was no problem for us & the property worked very well for a family with a pet. The townhome was lovely, very clean & comfortable. We also enjoyed having access to a pool & the view was bar none. Thank you!.

Perfect location, far enough from the center of town to feel like you're in the country but just minutes from the fun of Moab's main tourist stuff. Best of both worlds. Spotless and very comfortable condo, great patio for morning coffee and evening relaxation with all the amenities needed. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while enjoying the area. We will be back for sure!

We stayed here celebrating the New Year. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Wifi was top notch for working remotely and the beds were comfortable. It was also nice to be able to put both vehicles in the garage during the storms and cold temps.

We stayed in this property for 3 nights while visiting the two magnificent national parks. This property has everything we need to prepare meals and recharge for the next day's activities. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. It truly felt like home away from home. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Moab area!

We really enjoyed our stay We did notice what looked like some dog or cat hair on the pillows on the couch I thought I rented a pet free place But over all the condo was very clean /very nice we were very happy with it!

We had a great stay, working remotely from the house. The WiFi was fast and I appreciated the coffee machine! Great views around the development and 10-20 mins from excellent hiking and national parks. Would recommend for other nomadic workers.

Only issue was overall cleanliness. Lots of flies, and spiderwebs on top of walls and ceiling. Master bedroom has very distinct pet odor/dog urine.. otherwise we enjoyed our few days

We stayed here for 2 weeks in Apr/May of 2023 and it was a great place. We had our young family and the pool was a great place to spend a hot afternoon. The unit itself is very well equipped and had everything we needed during our stay. Jeff is a great host and very quick to respond to any questions. Highly Recommend and we'll definitely be staying here next time we come to Moab.
