THREE KING BEDROOMS! You will love our Newly remodeled home with over 1600 sq. ft. This perfect desert retreat is located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood. You can always feel confident that the unit is super CLEAN! Soak in some sun or cool off at the community POOL and HOT TUB! We provide the pool towels and pool noodles. Enjoy a new accessible ramp entry and plenty of PARKING for your trailers. With a large dining table, everyone can gather around and talk about the day's adventures! There is also a generous sized gathering room, a huge and very well stocked group kitchen so you can have many cooks, a cozy gas fireplace, a FENCED YARD, and an oversized 2 car garage with Foosball and a new Air Hockey table for the kids (or adults)! Take in the beautiful views of Moab Rim on the oversized back patio, and enjoy stargazing around the cozy GAS FIRE PIT in the evenings. Just 12 minutes to Arches.

The community pool and hot tub are just a short walk away!!

Beautiful, well stocked rental property with an amazing outdoor area for gathering as well as plenty of games and entertainment in the garage. Bedrooms were perfectly dark and the beds were incredibly comfortable, I slept far better here than I do in my own bed! Anytime I had an inquiry on the property before our stay the owner responded almost immediately. 10/10 would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay. Close to town and convenient locations to visit all the parks. It would be nice if when we arrived and throughout the day the thermostat didn’t reset to such a high temp that then took hours to cool off.

Great house and great location for kids. Easy trip to Arches and up the mountains. Lots of great amenities too. Grill and outdoor seating along with fun activities in the garage. I would stay here again without any hesitation.

Our group of 6 retired adults enjoyed our stay at this very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and roomy condo. It was very well stocked with items in the kitchen and throughout the condo. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We were able to get 2 jeeps into the garage. There were a couple items that needed attention and the host, Michelle, had someone fix them within 24 hours. I would most definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it.

This was my third time at this vacation house and as always it was neat and clean. We had five adults this trip and there was more than enough room for all of us. The place is very homey and comfortable and the garage is a great asset to keep our dirt bikes and riding gear secure while away. I will stay here again in the future.

The house is in a very nice neighborhood. There are more games and equipment than anywhere I’ve stayed. The bedrooms are all a very nice size, with ample bedding and pillows. The kitchen is nice and roomy, and has everything you would need, and more. The dining area has a beautiful table that will accommodate 8 as well as seating at the bar. Comfortable den area with a gas fireplace that would be great in the winter. We loved the outdoor space with the fire pit. Again lots of seating and amenities out there. A very well appointed, cozy, comfortable home, with lots of extras.

Great location, just a short drive to the main strip of moab. Easily accessible to many trails. Overall, pretty clean place with lots of amenities. Some things could use a good deep cleaning like the dishwasher, it's door had alot of residue and when running had an odor. Overall, good location and property. Kids had room to run!

This home was super clean! We loved the southwest decor and all of the special touches, such as labels everywhere, tea bags provided, spices and pantry items provided, color coordinated towels and bedding. The kitchen was so well stocked and had everything we needed for our meals in. The bbq came in very handy and the views from the back patio are spectacular! Comfy beds and easy communication with Michelle, the owner. We will be back!!

This property was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids). It was well stocked with everything you would ever need including beach towels, coolers, extra blankets and pillows etc. The Mountain View is amazing!! The location was great too. Easy to get into town for dining or shopping. Easy access to the parks. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would love to stay here again. The communication with Michelle was great. She was prompt in responses and letting us know extra details. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Thanks for a great place to call home for a few days!

Michelle was wonderful in suggesting a hike that we could go on. It was a quiet hike and showed us a part of Moab none of us had seen before. I LOVED the labeling for light switches and plates/bowls/etc. It really made it easy to find your way around. The only thing I did not like, which was not Michelle's fault, was that the hot tub was unavailable! After biking and hiking for 4 days we really wished it was available.
