"Absolutely beautiful hotel! The view out our lodge-room window was spectacular. The room itself was large and very well-appointed, with a full kitchenette. Be aware that they do not include breakfast or maid service. The location is quiet and great for hiking and exploring the Irish Loop and Avalon coast, while still only about an hour from St. John's. We loved it and had a wonderful stay! (and yes, we did see whales in the harbor right out our window!)"

Yes, the property is small, but it is workable with and the outdoor balcony provides a wonderful place to sit, watch and enjoy the view.The location allows exploration of the peninsula, easy access to Whale Watching and Puffin boat trips in Bay Bulls and then returning home. Beds were comfy, enjoyed the selection of books and games, utilized the laundry, but the fully stocked kitchen was the absolute gem. "Stayed here for a couple of nights. (Decent drive from there to Mistaken Point) The address on the listing was a little confusing but once we called Selena, it was quite easy soon after. Would stay again! "
