"We enjoyed our stay at Residence Alpha. Excellent view of the sea from the terrace, friendly staff and a cute resident cat with 6 kittens. The apartment was well appointed with modern furniture and comfortable bed. It is walking distance to the beach if you don't mind climbing many steep stairs. Parking is there but can be tricky at full occupancy. We had a bit of a mosquito problem, which could be helped by installing nets on windows. An umbrella on the terrace would also have been helpful to...

"Very good hotel in an excellent location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. A little dated in some areas but very clean. Nice pool and terraced garden area. We had a for stay here. "

Lovely Hotel - Friendly Staff

"Spent a week here…. Room was “ no frills” but clean and comfortable. As others have said, breakfast buffet was excellent and dinner in the A la carte restaurant was also good quality. I loved how you could walk along the footpaths down to the port area or along the coast to Lapad. Busses excellent, but always packed. Would definitely stay again.. Thank you!"
