"Such a cute little home! It was clean, welcoming and comfortable. The walk to the beach is so short and safe; was able to lug beach chairs and drinks with no issues. Had the best time watching the sunset! Highly recommend."

"We had a terrific winter stay at the Boat House and found it to be well-appointed, warm, and welcoming. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to go within seabrook and great for time by the fire, cooking, and playing games as a family around the dining table."

"For 2 couples this was great. We went clam digging. Kitchen had pots n pans for cooking. Beds were firm but doable. About 5 mies to Ocean Shores, but less than 1 mile to Coplis Beach. And 6 miles to Mocrooks the other clam digging location. Clean."
