"The hotel is excellent but isn't situated in the best area part of Delhi, it is safe but walking to the metro you have to cross numerous busy roads and even when the traffic lights are red the motor bikes continue to ride thru so you really need to have your wits about you. The break fast buffet is excellent with an out standing choice of options and the quality of the food is first choice. I was disappointed that for a few nights the Gourmet Bar didn't have any Indian beers which was very poor. The only really negative thing was the laundry, I spent a fair amount of time chasing when I would get it back. One day by mistake I left the do not disturb light on for my room so that days laundry wasn't left so I presumed it would be returned with the next days but it wasn't and it took them well over an hour to track it down.
A call out to the young man that often worked the Gourmet bar, he was very friendly and took the time to listen when I asked for food to be slightly different to what was on the menu, he is probably early 20's, clean shaven and has a diamond in one ear.
On the whole the hotel is excellent and would have no problem recommending it to other travellers"
