Modena apt

Extreme lack of communication. Was told that the person was fluent in English. No. He was using Google translate through email or text. This was not at all helpful. The free parking was not explained and my rental was almost towed away. It cost 100 Euros! We could not access the building or apt. Some of the communication issues were on me however.
Stayed 4 nights in Apr 2024
