Cute, cozy bungalow style home, nestled near the end of a quiet, tree-lined street. It is ideally located close to downtown Modesto and hospitals, and within walking distance to not only a variety of stores, bars, and places to eat, but also to Dry Creek Trail. Whether you need to run some errands, want to dine out, need to let loose after a long trip or you just want to enjoy a leisurely stroll with a beautiful view, this home is perfectly close to it All.

The home is very cute inside. It has warm, inviting colors and arched entryways. Everything you’d need and use in your own home is also included in this one. From the big things like a washer and dryer, dishes, Wi-Fi and TV, to the little things that can make a big difference, such as laundry and hygiene supplies, extra lounging blankets, cute decor, and writing/coloring supplies for you or your little ones. This home is set up to be your “home away from home” where you feel comfortable and relaxed every time you visit.
