The location is great. A nice and different hotel in terms of interior design. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is good.

This is a nice property located right next to San Giorgio's Cathedral. The staff are SUPER helpful and nice. My room was large and had great views of the Cathedral. Super comfy bed, and very quiet so I had a great night sleep. My only two complaints are that the breakfast room was left with all the dirty dishes from other guests for hours. Not sure if they were short staffed that morning, but that was really gross, and the second is that the property does need a makeover. Having said that the price was fantastic and I would gladly stay here again.

Great location. No on site parking but was relatively easy to find on street free parking within an easy walk. Slightly complicated system in the room to work the lights and the black bathroom was always a bit dark.

Great location to enjoy Modica’s view

The view from the balcony was worth the accommodation price. The room design may not be appreciated by all but is indeed unique. Some maintenance (ex. Shower wal) would be required to warrant the 4* rating.

This hotel is actually well situated, The San Giorgio church is located just the corner of the hotel, it is walking distance to the center, parking is available when you enter the hotel, however it is only a cul-de-sac! Although search Google map navigation that it a through road to take consequently the mistake took us great pain to back up our car and make the U turn!

Positives: warm welcome, hotel location, nice view, economical Negatives: lighting system does not work well, very hard matress, noisy air-con, poor light in the bathroom, we got different and small room than the one agreed, and breakfast was very minimal

Hôtel dont la décoration est réussie. Le cadre est superbe, la vue sur Modica et San Giorgio est grandiose. La chambre est d'une bonne superficie, mais l'éclairage de la salle de bain n'est pas optimum. Le petit déjeuner est très correct, mais le service commençant à 8h00 :c' est un peu tardif . Tout le personnel de l'hôtel est sympathique et accueillant.

Je ne m’attendais pas du tout à avoir la chambre 19, celle du bas, chambre aménagée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. Déçu car je m’attendais à la chambre avec mezzanine comme sur les photos… chambre encore un peu poussiéreuse, sombre manque de luminosité… Ce qui a sauvé la mise, c’est le tte bon accueil du personnel et la vue panoramique au 2ème étage.

L’hôtel est atypique. Tout est bien décoré. Bon accueil en arrivant. La chambre est originale mais pas mal de détails restent à revoir en particulier dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre. La propriété est approximative. Le petit déjeuner est agréable.
