La Casetta is located in Modolo, a village 5km away from Bosa, a seaside tourist destination.
Modolo is an Italian town of 156 inhabitants in the province of Oristano in Sardinia. It is the smallest municipality by territorial extension of the Region and is about 49 kilometers from the capital.
Famous for its vineyards that favor the production of wine and Malvasia, a very fine wine!
The property is located in a quiet area, like all the neighborhoods of the village!
The structure consists of:
A living room with sofa bed and TV;
A kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils, fridge and oven;
Two bedrooms, one double and one bedroom with 2 beds;
A bathroom with shower, bidet and sink;
A garden where you can sunbathe.
