Bonjour, Je vais lister les problèmes qu'il y a eu avec l'hébergement. 1- Pas de procédure d'accueil. Nous avons trouvé les clefs par hasard. 2- La piscine est restée inutilisable pendant tout le séjour (eau verte). 3- Communication avec l'hôte inexistante. 4- Morceau de verre par terre dans le jardin. 5- Barbecue inutilisable à cause des grilles rouillées. 6- Pas de détecteur de fumée au rez de chaussée. 7- Mobilier de jardin vétuste qui a cassé à l'utilisation. 8- Portique de balançoire non fixé au sol. 9- Le ménage était fait sommairement. 10- Peu d'information sur l'état du logement à l'arrivée (la présence ou non de drap). 11- Les frigo et congélateurs étaient éteints à notre arrivée. Cela fait beaucoup de problèmes concernant la location. J'ai appelé Abritel pour le signaler pendant le séjour et émis une plainte sur l'application abritel mais je n'ai pas eu de retour pour l'instant. Je compte demander un dédommagement concernant la location. Cordialement.

Séjour du 19 au 24 août
Séjour très mitigé compte tenu de l’absence totale de propreté dans toutes les pièces de la maison (morceau de biscuit retrouvé dans un lit, mauvaises odeurs, grande quantité de poussière partout, etc.). Nous avons dû passer une demi-journée à nettoyer les intérieurs afin de rendre ces espaces viables pendant notre séjour. Wifi très faible voire inexistant. Nuisances sonores importantes compte tenu de la localisation au bord d’une route très fréquentée. Extérieurs très agréables et pratiques, surtout pour des familles avec enfants. Propriétaire joignable et disponible.

Beaucoup d’espace à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur pour qu’un groupe de 15 personnes puisse y vivre à l’aise. Le gros point noir est le lave vaisselle qui ne marche pas du tout et la propreté un peu approximative du logement et son environnement proche!! Côté positif: la piscine et sa terrasse avec barbecue !!!

Nous avons passé un tres bon we. Grande location tres agreable que ce soit en interieur comme en extérieur. Propriétaire tres disponible par messagerie. Juste preciser que la piscine est chauffée naturellement par le soleil donc température un poil juste en ce debut mai.

Une maison avec 2 logements séparés et accessible seulement par l’extérieur. Pas de notice pour l’électroménager, notamment le lave linge qui nous a posé bcp de problème. Le lave vaisselle ne lave que la vaisselle propre! Difficile pour un réveillon de noel à 14 personnes. Très bon Chauffage. Belle superficie de la pièce à vivre en bas. Facile pour se garer dans la cour.
