Das Housekeeping arbeitete leise, aber effektiv. Das Badezimmer glänzte, die Bettwäsche wurde täglich gewechselt und sogar die Spiegel waren makellos sauber. Ihre Sorgfalt machte einen großen Unterschied.

Wasserschaden im Zimmer

15min vor Ankunft wurden wir telefonisch über ein Wasserschaden informiert.... Das Zimmer sei nicht beziehbar, wir können ins gegenüber liegende Hotel, sie hätten uns ein Zimmer gebucht. Es war 1:30 Uhr morgens, wir waren schon seit 7h unterwegs und froh über ein Bett. Am nächsten Tag wollten wir zurück ins Omega jedoch war das nicht möglich, da im neuen Hotel ein min. Aufenthalt von 2 Tage war, das uns niemand zuvor mitgeteilt hat. Das Hotel entsprach nicht unser Vorstellungen, als wir auschecken wollten, mussten wir 100€ für die erste Nacht bezahlen. Beim gegenüber liegendem Hotel wurden wir informiert, dass wir nicht die ersten mit einem Wasserschaden waren.

Vriendelijk personeel 1 bed waren planken los waar door 1e nacht slecht geslapen. En geluidsoverlast van de afzuiging van de keuken ging pas om 11 uur uit met kinderen niet handig. Verder prima verblijf als je laat naar bed gaat
